We offer a wide range of counseling services, including individual counseling, couples counseling, family therapy, evaluations, and more. Our services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each of our clients. We serve clients of all lifestyles and faith backgrounds.

Our Approach

We take a holistic approach to counseling, focusing on the mind, body, and spirit. Our providers are  Christian professionals who are trained in a variety of evidence-based techniques and therapies to help our clients achieve optimal mental health.

Sally Sullivan MA, LPC

Background

Sally's career began in the field of education, where she taught school as she and her husband raised their family. Sally holds Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Tulsa, and a Master's degree in Professional Counseling, specializing in Marriage and Family Therapy from Oral Roberts University. She has extensive training in Gottman Couple's Counseling, and is a Certified Dialectical Behavior Therapist. Sally is a Certified Prepare & Enrich Facilitator, and Life Coach.

Approach

Sally works with individuals, couples, and families, helping them navigate a variety of challenges, including relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, and more.  Her services are tailored to the unique needs of each of her clients. Sally takes a holistic approach to counseling, focusing on the mind, body, and spirit. She is trained in a variety of evidence-based techniques and modalities to help her clients achieve optimal mental health. combining various therapeutic methods tailored to the unique needs of each client.

Amy Mills Ed, D., LPC

Background

Amy is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified School Psychologist with experience as a classroom teacher, school counselor, and a School Psychologist in both rural and urban school districts. After earning her Doctoral degree in Educational Leadership, she joined the faculty in the Behavioral Sciences Department at Southeastern Oklahoma State University. Amy is the current director of the M.Ed. in School Counseling program and teaches courses in the Clinical Mental Health program. 

Approach

Amy helps children, adolescents, and families as they navigate the challenges associated with neurodevelopmental difficulties, emotional and social development, and behavioral disorders. Amy's background and experience allows her to support students and families in pursuing comprehensive plans that help them reach their full potential.  

Leslie Mattax MC,MHC,LPC

Background

Leslie holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Oklahoma and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Oklahoma - Tulsa. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, she is dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and struggles. Leslie is trained in a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, with particular emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT,)and

Written Exposure Therapy (WET) a structured therapeutic approach aimed at helping clients process traumatic experiences through writing.

Approach

Leslie works with clients facing a range of challenges, including:

anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, trauma, PTSD, and self-worth issues. Leslie emphasizes collaboration within a trusting and respectful therapeutic environment. She actively listens to her clients, provides education, and offers unwavering support, guiding them towards living well and being well.
